The Harvard Crimson reports that the union representing Harvard University Police patrol officers has endorsed David Solet in the Democratic primary for Middlesex District Attorney.

The union pointed to David’s longstanding work with Harvard police, including his role prosecuting the 2009 Kirkland House homicide. Union President Joseph Steverman said its members know David’s commitment to keeping students, faculty, and the wider university community safe.
